Speaker (Explores and enhances skills through practice)
- Delivers a prepared speech on a topic of your choice
- Based on the clearly defined learning objectives in each Pathway project, the online learning curriculum
- 5-7 mins speech except your very first speech at the club at 4-6 mins for icebreaker
Evaluator (Evaluates a speaker on both content and delivery)
- Evaluates the speaker reinforcing strengths and provides constructive feedback for improvement

Tip of the Week (Delivers a solid piece of educational content)
- 3-4 minutes
Musing Master (Shares a short musing at the top of meeting)
- Can be a joke, a quote or a poem that relates to the theme of the meeting
